Marketing Partner (Lead Buyer)
- USHEALTH Advisors, LLC — Our sole marketing partner and lead buyer. When you submit your information through our quote form, your personal information is shared with USHEALTH Advisors, LLC for the purpose of connecting you with a licensed insurance agent. Service Providers & Processors
We use the following third-party service providers who may process your data on our behalf:
- Vercel, Inc. — Website hosting and edge infrastructure. Your requests are processed through Vercel's servers, which may collect IP addresses and request metadata.
- Supabase, Inc. — Database storage. Your submitted lead data is stored in a Supabase database for duplicate detection and record-keeping.
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — Error monitoring, performance monitoring, and session replay. Sentry helps us identify and resolve technical issues on the Site. Sentry Session Replay may visually record your browsing sessions, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page content, to help us identify and fix technical issues. These recordings are used solely for error diagnosis purposes and do not capture passwords or sensitive form field inputs.
- ActiveProspect, Inc. (TrustedForm) — Consent certification and verification. TrustedForm records evidence of your consent interaction on the form to create an auditable compliance record.
- Google LLC — Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement via Google Tag Manager. Google collects website usage data and conversion information for advertising attribution.
- Microsoft Corporation — Universal Event Tracking (UET) for advertising measurement and conversion tracking for Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
- n8n GmbH — Workflow automation platform used to process lead data and manage our internal data pipeline.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any parties other than as described above. We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for a period of five (5) years from the date of collection. This retention period aligns with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) record retention requirements. After the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
